The GenomeDK team is organizing an introductory workshop to get you started with high-performance computing on GenomeDK. The ABC (Accessible Bioinformatics Cafe) team is collaborating to help you get the most out of this opportunity.

For new or potential users of GenomeDK, or existing users with limited experience.

An account on GenomeDK with 2-factor authentication ready to be used. If you do not have one yet, please get one. Contact us at abcafe [at] au.dk if you need help with this.
