ABC.4: Fourth ABC session

Coding and bioinformatics (and cake) for anyone!

The fourth session of the ABC (Accessible Bioinformatics Cafe) will be on september 3rd, at 13:00 in building 1231 room 320 (by the lake, see below).

Everyone is welcome to join independently of coding skills and level.

The tutorials we propose are of increasing difficulty (and documented at each meeting. This time we have

• introduction to bash for bioinformatics

You can also bring your own code and issues and get help from us.
